What makes the Costa Blanca special from an insurance point of view
Between Dénia and Torrevieja lie around 130 kilometres of coastline with very different profiles: luxury villas on the hillsides around Jávea and Moraira, high-rise apartments in Benidorm and Calpe, terraced houses in San Fulgencio and La Marina, bungalow estates around Torrevieja. Construction style, distance to the coast and burglary statistics vary considerably – and so does the right insurance cover. Add to that the gota fría downpours in autumn, salt corrosion on vehicles kept near the coast, and local features such as private pools or solar thermal systems, which standard policies often fail to reflect properly.

Which of your offices is responsible for me?
We do not allocate by postcode but by proximity: the northern Costa Blanca is looked after from Alfaz del Pi, Calpe or Jávea, the southern Costa Blanca from San Fulgencio. You are free to choose – or we suggest the nearest team for you.
Do I have to be registered as a resident in Spain?
No. Many of our policies work regardless of your residency status. For holiday home owners without residencia there are dedicated tariffs.
Do you work with all Spanish insurers?
Yes. As an independent broker we have access to all the major companies on the market (Mapfre, Generali, Allianz, DKV, Sanitas, AXA, Helvetia, Catalana, Liberty, Zurich and more) and choose according to your needs, not by commission.
What happens if I need to make a claim?
